GT Legal Advised on Another Oriens Acquisition

We are thrilled to have provided legal counsel to Oriens in yet another transaction, this time involving the acquisition of S&K Tools.

As a part of our legal advisory services, we ensured legal support for both the financing of this transaction and the acquisition process itself, including due diligence.

S&K Tools specializes in custom-made parts. Their components find applications across a wide range of industrial sectors, including high-pressure hydraulic systems, aviation and transportation technology, precision machining equipment, and plastic molding.

The entire transaction was led by the legal duo of partner Lukáš Zahrádka and attorney David Fabián. Gabriela Jandová handled the acquisition phase, while Jan Nešpor primarily provided support during the financing phase. Olga Králičková flexibly assisted both teams.
