Publications

In 2022, Adam took third place in the faculty round of the competition of student scientific and academic research with his work on Objective Components of Judges' Impartiality in the Context of Their Public Appearances, and a year later he won the Czechoslovakian round with his work Judges and Social Networks. He is also the author of a chapter on the limitation of freedom of speech in relation to the security of the state published by the Department of Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in the spring of 2023 in a compilation of papers by students, and a chapter on the constitutional limits of progressive taxation published in the autumn of the same year in the book The Constitutional Framework of Property, Business and Social Rights.
